By the end of September, summer heat subsides. The light becomes way softer and it's no longer exhausting to be out and about in the afternoon hours. September is very dry somewhat into October, but from mid-October there is many days when the sunshine is briefly interrupted by a drizzle, then it goes back to sunshine in an hour or two, but the air stays refreshed for the rest of the day.

Nightly breeze coming down from the mountains cleans the air, so your first breaths in the morning feel like waking up on a camping trip in the mountains.
End of October, the breeze slowly grows a bit stronger, but sunlight still dominates.

And in November, the few days when sunlight was interrupted by a drizzle, now become roughly every other day.
Which is barely disruptive for the many activities you can do in the stunning, changing nature: waterfalls reactivating, dried-up rivers filling up to welcome rafting season on the river Tara, the nature around ponds and rivers coming alive, birds migrating, wild animals in the plains and mountains becoming active in preparation for the winter.
